This notice explains information and quotation enquiries submitted through the ÖMSAN Makina contact form and the form’s security checks. Cookie preferences are explained separately in the Cookie Notice.

ÖMSAN Makina receives enquiries submitted through this form and is the data controller for those enquiries. You can contact us using the details below about your enquiry and personal data.

Information you provide and its purpose
Your name, email address and message are required. Company name and telephone number are optional. This information is used to review your enquiry, answer your questions and carry out the business communication you request. Please do not include personal information unrelated to your enquiry or sensitive personal data in your message.
Submission and security
Information is collected electronically when you submit the form. Cloudflare Pages Functions validates the request; Cloudflare Turnstile helps check for bots and abuse, and Resend forwards the message to ÖMSAN Makina’s email address. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that we can respond. A success message means that the email service has accepted the submission for sending; it does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Security records and retention
To limit abuse and repeated submissions, technical records such as a hash derived from the IP address with a secret value, a hash of the submitted content, a timestamp and acceptance status are stored in Cloudflare KV. These records do not contain the plain-text form content. Request records are configured to expire after 24 hours and rate-limit records after 660 seconds. These periods do not describe retention of messages in the email inbox or records held by service providers.
Service providers and other contact channels
Cloudflare, Resend and the email service may process data needed to deliver and secure your enquiry. Depending on the providers’ service arrangements, processing outside Türkiye may occur. This notice does not promise that data is held exclusively in Türkiye or deleted after the same period by every provider. Using the WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp; conversations there are subject to that service’s terms.
Use independently of analytics preferences
You can use the form and WhatsApp link without consenting to analytics. If you consent, an accepted form submission and a click on the WhatsApp link may be measured as GA4 events. Form field contents, your email address, telephone number and message are not included in these events.
Information and requests
Use the contact details below to ask about processing of your personal data or to submit a request concerning your rights under applicable law. Withdrawing cookie consent does not automatically delete a contact enquiry or email you have already sent.
